Description:
Job Roles and Responsibilities: - Understand the business Roadmap and organization vision. Get the team aligned with business priorities and goals.- Lead the SF solutions and ensure that development is executed according to the design documents and principles.- Manages the team and represents a point of escalation for the team.- Plan and track the work schedule and resource utilization along with the delivery estimates.- Provide technical thought leadership in various aspects of technical delivery.- Work in collaboration with our business partners, leaders and teams.- Highlight any delays / issues and work on mitigation plan.- Ensure daily stand-ups happen and project trackers are updated daily.- Participate in team selection, hiring and coaching.- Focus on building high performing team.- Communicate with the relevant stakeholdersWho You Are (Basic Qualifications):- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science/information technology with more than 10+ years of leading and driving transformation and creating better business outcomes.- Good experience of leading and managing SF capability along with driving technology thought leadership & transformation.- Good exposure of SF solutions & Architecture- Valuable experience of defining & executing appropriate strategies, operating & delivery models- Good experience of developing people and managing their performance & aspirations to maximize the business outcome by applying division of labor by comparative advantage.- Strong customer focus, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Capable to own the delivery and get the expected business outcome delivered.- Should possess understanding of CI/CD and DevOps- Excellent verbal and written communicationWhat Will Put You Ahead:- Good understanding of manufacturing domain- Exposure to Scrum Master and Project Management metrics (ref:hirist.tech)
