The Opportunity :We are seeking a driven and experienced Lead Xamarin Developer to join our growing mobile development team! You will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and deployment of innovative cross-platform mobile applications using Xamarin. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Xamarin expert to lead a talented team, contribute to the mobile development strategy, and drive the success of our mobile initiatives.Responsibilities :Technical Leadership :- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainability principles.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Xamarin, . NET, and mobile development trends, and share knowledge with the team.Architecture and Design :- Lead the design and architecture of complex cross-platform mobile applications using Xamarin.- Forms and native integrations when necessary.- Participate in technical discussions, analyze requirements, and translate them into effective mobile app solutions.- Ensure efficient use of APIs and services to deliver robust and scalable mobile experiences.Project Management :- Manage the entire mobile development lifecycle from conception to deployment, including planning, task delegation, and progress tracking.- Estimate project timelines and resources effectively, ensuring project delivery within deadlines and budget constraints.- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality mobile applications.Development and Delivery :- Work alongside developers to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using C# and Xamarin.- Implement robust testing strategies (unit testing, integration testing, UI testing) to guarantee code quality and application functionality.- Oversee the deployment process, ensuring smooth app releases on various platforms (iOS, Android).Technical Skills :- 7-9 years of experience working as a Xamarin Developer or a similar role.- Proven expertise in Xamarin.- Forms for cross-platform mobile development.- Strong understanding of . NET development principles (C#) and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.- Experience with mobile APIs, data persistence, and security best practices.- Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks and tools (a plus).
