Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Principal SAP Integration Consultant with 9-17 years of extensive experience, particularly in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and PI (Process Integration). As a key member of our team, you will lead and drive the design, development, and implementation of complex SAP integration solutions for our clients.Key Responsibilities :- Integration Strategy and Architecture : Develop integration strategies and architecture, aligning them with business goals and industry best practices, to ensure successful integration solutions using SAP CPI and PI.- Technical Leadership and Mentorship : Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of integration consultants, sharing expertise, best practices, and fostering continuous learning.- Solution Design and Development : Lead the design and development of integration solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.- Custom Development and Enhancements : Drive the development of custom components, adapters, and enhancements for integration solutions to meet unique project requirements.- Performance Optimization and Scalability : Optimize integration solutions for enhanced performance, scalability, and efficiency, addressing any performance bottlenecks and fine-tuning the architecture.- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration : Engage closely with stakeholders, including clients and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, define integration strategies, and ensure successful project delivery.- Quality Assurance and Best Practices : Establish and enforce adherence to quality assurance processes, coding standards, and best practices for integration development.- Thought Leadership and Innovation : Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP integration technologies and contribute to thought leadership within the organization and the industry.- Documentation and Training : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, processes, and best practices.- Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing to disseminate expertise and keep the team updated on the latest advancements in SAP integration technologies.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 9-14 years of progressive experience in SAP CPI and PI, showcasing a significant role in design, development, and deployment.- Expert understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and industry best practices.- Proficient in SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, and relevant tools.- Extensive experience with other SAP modules and technologies related to integration is highly advantageous.- Outstanding leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Preferred Certifications :- SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Cloud Platform Integration (C_CPI_13)- SAP Certified Development Associate - Process Integration with SAP NetWeaver (C_PO_75) (ref:hirist.tech)
