Description:
Responsibility:Design and Development: - Lead the design and do the development of high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using Python Flask.- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the strategic technical direction of the project.- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability. - Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.Continuous Improvement: - Stay up-to-date with the latest ONDC updates.- Propose and implement improvements to the development process, tools, and methodologies.- Help TSP to implement B2B and Gift cards features.- Ensure that the implementation can scale to 10 million orders/day.- Ensure minimal API errors, database errors and application errors.- Ensure key API response times are below 50ms at all times.- Search & listing enhancements for B2B and Gift Cards: better relevant search, faster searches, optimized images.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Python and its libraries (e.g., Flask, NumPy, Pandas).- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
