About the job :Qualifications and Experience Required :- A minimum of 6 years of consulting/ industry experience- Should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce. com- Professional Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MSC/MS- Understand functional requirements and should be able to develop technical design using standard patterns and be able to communicate the same effectively to the team members.- Should have very good technical problem-solving skills.- Ability to analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and should be able to effectively communicate with both Business and Functional analysts on the same.- Ability to assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.- Ability to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by myself and other junior team members on the project.- Should have experience in integration and Release Management in Salesforce.comPreferred :- Good experience in Salesforce.com Development environment (S-Controls, AJAX Toolkit, Apex API)- Should be strong in Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, SFDX- Any Salesforce.com certification is preferredResponsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather and analyze requirements.- Utilize their knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including tools like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Process Builder, to build solutions.- Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionalities through certifications and continuous learning.
