Job Description :Requirements :- Previous experience as a test automation Engineer/Senior Engineer.- Experience in developing automation scripts using Selenium (Essentially) with Cucumber , Katalon (optional) or Robot Frameworks(optional) with Java background.- Proficiency in the programming language Java.- Experience with automation testing for Work fusion based projects.- Experience of Sprint automation approaches that do not have any dependence on dev code /screens to start scripting.- Understanding of test-driven development.- Clear Understanding of pure agile, Scrum, and dev ops software development lifecycles.- Strong knowledge of software quality assurance, best practices & methodologies.- Knowledge of various defect management systems (Jira - Essential).- Knowledge of the GitHub code repository.Responsibilities :- Design and develop automated test scripts using frameworks and tools (e.g. , Selenium, Cypress) Automate various test types, including functional, regression, and API testing Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation scripts- Collaborate with QA analysts and developers to identify areas for automation Analyze test results and identify potential defects- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and tools in test automation May document test automation processes and procedures (ref:hirist.tech)
