Job Description :We are seeking a skilled Functional Analyst with 5 to 7 years of overall experience and at least 3 years of specialized experience in SAP SuccessFactors solutions, particularly in Recruitment and Onboarding. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the seamless implementation of SuccessFactors modules. Experience in Employee Central and a solid grasp of SAP cloud platform solutions will be advantageous.Key Responsibilities :SuccessFactors Expertise : - Leverage your 3+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Recruitment to manage and optimize recruitment and onboarding processes.Employee Central : - Utilize experience in Employee Central as an added advantage to enhance HR processes.Requirements Gathering : - Conduct requirements workshops to understand business needs and design effective solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.Solution Design : - Develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules.SAP Cloud Platform : - Utilize your knowledge of SAP cloud platform solutions to integrate and enhance SuccessFactors functionalities.Testing and Validation : - Familiarize with testing processes, tools, methodologies, and test-driven development to ensure quality and performance of implemented solutions.Collaboration : - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project delivery and support ongoing operations.Documentation : - Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, solution designs, and implementation processes.Qualifications and Skills :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 5+ years of overall experience in SAP environments.- At least 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors solutions, specifically Recruitment and Onboarding.- Experience in Employee Central is an added advantage.- Strong understanding of SAP cloud platform solutions.- Familiarity with testing processes, tools, methodologies, and test-driven development.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Proven ability to conduct requirements workshops and design tailored solutions.- Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors (optional but beneficial).
