We believe that an organization's real strength comes from its people.Job Role : Shopify DeveloperExperience Required : 2+ yearsKey Responsibilities :The person will be primarily responsible for :- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Shopify-based websites, themes, and applications.- Building and configuring Shopify websites on-premises and in Shopify Cloud environment.- Optimize Shopify websites for performance, scalability, and user experience.- Shopify functionality updates and security patches.- Migrate and update Shopify versions, website features, and security patches.- Develop function responsive Shopify templates/themes and interfaces.- Developing and customizing highly efficient business-critical Shopify extensions.- Lead and mentor junior developers in Shopify development best practices.- Stay updated on Shopify updates, new features, and industry trends to incorporate into projects.- Conception and coding of Shopify Admin Grids.- Troubleshooting integration issues.- Meeting with the customer and design team to discuss the needs of the project and manage documentation.- Collaborate with the project/product managers to understand the requirements and deadlines for the project.- Brainstorm with your teammates on the implementation of design patterns and architecture.- Design schema for SQL database.- Deploying websites on Windows/Linux-based web servers- Development and adaptation of Shopify modules and extensions and provision of APIs- Ensuring the operational operation of the shop, bug fixing, and implementation of change requests- Ongoing documentation to ensure high code quality.- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to discuss issues related to CI-CD and infrastructure- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.- Work closely with QA teams to ensure end-to-end quality- Work with third-party vendors for integrating their services- Build, maintain, and scale infrastructure for Production, QA, and Dev environments- Write and maintain project documentation (requirement, testing, and user manuals).- Write frequent blog posts and technical articles for the company website.- Help the Marketing and sales team with technical questions, RFPs, fill proposals and customer presentations related to Shopify and eCommerce.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify websites and applications.- Ability to work in a team environment, project-manage and work to strict deadlineRequired Skill Set :- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Shopify development.- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templating language.- Strong understanding of Shopify's API, theming system, and app development.- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.- Good Knowledge of complete eCommerce lifecycle development.- Good Knowledge of the integration of applications (API communication, error handling, etc. )- Good knowledge of Shopify themes and extension development.Qualification : Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred :- Experience with Shopify app development and integration.- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Node JS, React. js or Vue. js.- Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques for e-commerce websites.- Previous experience leading development projects or teams.What you will love about us :- Great company culture- Work that stays at work- Preparing for future- Learning & Development- 05 Days working- Certification Allowance- Best in Class Holiday Policies (ref:hirist.tech)
