Job Role : .Net Lead/Advisor. Location : Hyderabad-Onsite. Mode of interview : Video interview. Job Roles/Responsibilities :The Software Developer Advisor is a .Net Technical Lead with highly experienced background as a Full Stack Developer and will be responsible for analysis, design, and leading a team for implementation of existing and new applications. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical resource with to ability to lead a team, do technical design and has ability to work closely with the business and other technical resources in a .Net/Azure environment.Primary Responsibilities :- Participate as recipient of knowledge transfer from 3rd party developed solution with goal of bringing developed solution in house.- Lead an application development team, collaborate with subject matter experts, and third-party application experts to understand the business requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.- Provide technical and best practices guidance to an agile team to code, test, and maintain .Net, C#, VB.- Net applications and microservices technologies in an Azure environment.- Hands on software design and development that will perform at scalable, reliable, and secured products.- Review, analyze, troubleshoot, and modify complex core and customized software.- Respond to complex, escalated customer inquiries/requests for technical/operational support.- Resolve complex technical matters to meet customer service level agreements.- Analyze and/or implement corrective action for root cause analysis/fixes or corrective action of defects.- Follow documented Software Development Life-Cycle standards.- May provide consultation on complex projects, through research and/or proof of concept.- Point of contact for higher level or complex issues and will work with senior levels for resolution.- This position is full-time and may require after hours or on-call support including, but not limited weekends and evenings.Education/Experience :- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or Information Systems.- Minimum 10 years of overall experience primarily designing and developing .Net based applications.- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a development team to ensure on time and quality deliverable.- Knowledge of cloud native principles required, preferably using Azure.- Experience in designing schemas in Cosmos and SQL Server databases including the ability to write complex queries is required.- Experience with database tuning or data modeling would be beneficial.- Basic understanding of and willingness to learn and adopt professional and industry standards.- Results oriented, highly motivated, and technically fluent in all aspects of software design and development.- Customer service driven.- Strong collaboration skills and be a team player.Good To Have :- Experience with Azure environments is preferable.- Build, migrate and test Azure environments and integrations.- Integration with Azure DevOps + Azure DevOps build and release pipeline. DataFactory : Experience with both SFTP and native Azure services for SFTP.- 10-12 year (ref:hirist.tech)
