We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our development team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining critical applications that drive our business forward. With your strong foundation in Python and experience with modern development practices, you will collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality, performant, and scalable solutions.Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy complex and robust Python applications.- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers throughout the entire development lifecycle (SDLC).- Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable, well-documented, and efficient Python code adhering to best practices and coding standards (e.g., PEP 8).- Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality, functionality, and reliability.- Optimize application performance and identify areas for improvement.- Experience with building APIs using Python frameworks like Flask or Django (depending on your company's focus).- Experience with integrating with various data sources (databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, or cloud storage solutions).- Experience with version control systems (Git) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues and identify root causes.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Python, libraries, and frameworks.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.- Mentor junior developers and share your knowledge.Qualifications :- 6 to 8 years of experience as a Python Developer.- Strong proficiency in Python programming language (syntax, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming concepts).- Experience with popular Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Pyramid).- Experience with web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).- Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and potentially NoSQL databases.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's (ref:hirist.tech)
