Title : ServiceNow Developer Location : Chennai, BLR, TRV, Cochin, Pune, Noida (Work from Office) Role : Full Time Notice Period : Immediate Joiner to Upto 90 Days. Experience : 5+ Years of Experience. Required Skills and Experience :- Knowledge of CMDB Implementation. - Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM, etc.) - Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5. - Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders. - Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Design, implement, and maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in ServiceNow. Ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration items (CIs) and relationships within the CMDB. - ServiceNow Module Expertise : Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), etc. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules. - Web Development : Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript/GLIDE. Ensure the development of responsive and high-performance web interfaces.- API Integration : Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems. Ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability between different systems. Requirement :- Gathering and Collaboration : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Analysis and Problem-Solving : Conduct thorough analysis to understand and resolve complex issues. Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and fix problems efficiently.Qualifications : - Experience : Proven knowledge of CMDB Implementation in ServiceNow. Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM). - Technical Skills : Expertise in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript/GLIDE.
