About the Role :- We are searching for a talented and experienced Lead Frontend Engineer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our web presence. - You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving the technical direction of our frontend development efforts, and ensuring we deliver high-quality, user-centric web experiences.Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.- Define and implement the technical vision for the frontend stack, including technology selection, best practices, and architecture.- Design, develop, and maintain complex and scalable web applications using HTML, CSS (including preprocessors like SASS or LESS), and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)- Partner with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate user stories and wireframes into functional and visually appealing web applications.- Write clean, well-documented, maintainable, and performant code following industry best practices.- Implement responsive design principles to ensure a seamless user experience across different devices (desktops, tablets, mobiles).- Oversee the implementation of best practices for accessibility (WCAG) and browser compatibility.- Set up and maintain build pipelines and automated testing processes.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the frontend development landscape, evaluating new tools and frameworks.- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).- 5+ years of experience in professional frontend development with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams.- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.- Extensive experience with a popular JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js) is highly preferred.- Solid understanding of web development best practices (clean code, separation of concerns, testing, etc.)- Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp) and version control systems (e.g., Git).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.- Passion for building user-centric web applications and a desire to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving frontend development landscape.
