About the Role :- We are searching for a skilled and passionate Rust Developer to join our development team and play a crucial role in building high-performance and reliable systems. - You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications leveraging the power and safety features of the Rust programming language.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable software applications using Rust.- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to Rust best practices and idiomatic style.- Leverage Rust's ownership and borrowing system to ensure memory safety and prevent common programming errors.- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other team members to translate user stories and technical requirements into performant and secure Rust solutions.- Optimize code for performance by utilizing Rust's powerful features like concurrency, zero-cost abstractions, and pattern matching.- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall codebase quality.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Rust ecosystem and related technologies.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).- 3+ years of experience in professional software development with a strong interest in systems programming.- Proficiency in Rust programming language (understanding of ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, and error handling).- Familiarity with Rust's concurrency model (channels, mutexes, etc.) is a plus.- Experience with popular Rust libraries and frameworks (e.g., Actix, Rocket, Diesel) is a plus.- Experience with building and deploying applications on Linux systems is a plus.- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Rust test) is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.- Passion for building high-performance and reliable software using Rust.
