Profile : UI UX DesignerExperience : 1-4 YearsNotice Period : Immediate/ 30 Days Location : Indore Responsibilities :- Conducting user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas and user flows.- Designing user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms, ensuring aesthetic appeal, usability, and coherence with brand guidelines.- Enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and interaction between the user and the product.- Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback and technical constraints.- Creating visual assets such as icons, typography, color schemes, and layouts that contribute to a seamless user experience.- Ensuring designs are responsive and adaptable across different devices and screen sizes.- Ensuring designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines to provide inclusive experiences for all users.- Documenting design guidelines, patterns, and specifications for developers and stakeholders.Qualifications :- Typically requires a degree in Design, HCI, or related field, although experience and a strong portfolio may suffice.- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end development principles can be beneficial.- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.- Ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into intuitive designs that address user needs and business goals.- Innovative thinking and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.- Ability to adapt to evolving design trends, technologies, and industry standards.- A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects and demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills.
