BORN XDS is an agency that strongly believes in curiosity, equality, & creativity and operates across every domain.We're looking for a lead UI Designer to use his creativity and eye for design along with his technical knowledge to design great experiences.Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our global digital transformation projects, tackling everything from responsive websites to enterprise and customer-facing apps. Your canvas will span various domains, including e-commerce, Telecom, and Fintech. We need someone with not just design prowess but also a deep understanding of business and domain complexity with strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead client design workshops, demonstrating your expertise with strong presentation skills in B2B/B2C platforms. - Manage and lead a UI team, steering design processes and ensuring delivery aligns with requirements. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders, from project inception to execution and going live. - Apply your creative thinking ability to design intuitive user interfaces that meet or exceed our client's strategic objectives. - Manage creative projects through client liaison, ideation of new concepts and proven hands on methodology to come up with award winning interface designsRequired Skills: - Work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, overseeing multiple streams. - Knowledge of Design Systems - Exhibit thorough, detail-oriented, and highly organized work, with the ability to meet tight project deadlines. - Mandatory expertise in Figma and FigJam; experience with Miro and other project management tools is a plus. - Translate business requirements, target audience needs, and goals into creative design concepts. - Collaborate with the UX team to enhance internal processes and client deliverables. - Transform conceptual designs into practical and user-friendly interface experiences, with strong prototyping skills.
