We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sitecore Developer to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex and scalable Sitecore websites and applications. With your in-depth knowledge of Sitecore and its ecosystem, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional digital experiences for our clients.Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor junior developers on the team.- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle (SDLC).- Design, develop, and implement complex Sitecore functionalities using Sitecore Experience Management (XM) and Experience Delivery (XP) technologies.- Work with Sitecore APIs and integrate with external systems (e.g. CRMs, marketing automation platforms).- Develop and implement custom Sitecore modules, components, and templates to extend core functionalities.- Optimize website performance and user experience (UX) using Sitecore optimization tools and best practices.- Configure and manage security within the Sitecore platform.- Implement robust unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and functionality.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Sitecore.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Sitecore technologies and best practices.- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within Sitecore implementations.- Document code and configurations for maintainability and knowledge transfer.Qualifications : Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's- 7-10 years of experience as a Sitecore developer.- In-depth knowledge of Sitecore Experience Management (XM) and Experience Delivery (XP) technologies (e.g. Sitecore Experience Editor, Sitecore Experience Database).- Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET MVC for Sitecore development.- Experience with Sitecore development frameworks (e.g. Sitecore Helix, Glass Mapper).- Experience with building and deploying Sitecore solutions on cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS).- Experience with integrating Sitecore with external systems using APIs and web services.- Strong understanding of website security best practices and their application within Sitecore.- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g. xUnit, NUnit) for Sitecore development.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
