Objective: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a proven track record in the Fintech domain, boasting 15 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in .NET Core and SQL Server technologies, coupled with a strong proficiency in full-stack development. Their expertise should extend to architecture patterns, with a keen understanding of scalability and performance optimization.As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of 15+ developers. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. You will collaborate closely with onsite customers, ensuring that their requirements are understood and effectively translated into actionable development plans. Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of 15+ developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.- Oversee the end-to-end software development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.- Work closely with onsite customers to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and manage expectations.- Utilize your expertise in .NET Core and SQL Server to architect robust and scalable software solutions.- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to enhance their skills.- Champion best practices in software development, including DevOps principles and agile methodologies.- Prepare and review technical proposals, scope of work documentation, and project plans.- Maintain a strong focus on security, ensuring compliance with PCI DSS requirements and implementing industry-standard security measures.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and operations, to drive successful project outcomes.- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skill set.- 15+ years experience in software development, with a focus on the Fintech domain- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferredCompetencies :- Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Extensive experience in full-stack development, with a deep understanding of architecture patterns and best practices.- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and mentoring large development teams.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.- Familiarity with PCI DSS certification requirements and other industry-standard security protocols.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
