Job Description :24/7 Software is seeking talented and experienced Java + Kafka + MongoDB expert to join our dynamic team.As an expert, you will be responsible for building and maintaining backend components of our product. This is an individual contributor role with a need for hands-on coding.You will work closely with the Architecture team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java Spring Boot.- Design and implement scalable, secure, maintainable and efficient code.- Use Kafka for Event-Driven Architecture implementation.- Design and define the data structures and data models for events and store data and write optimized queries for MongoDB/MYSQL- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other team activities.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Java Spring Boot Developer.- Primary experience in JAVA development using Spring Boot Framework.- Strong proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of their ecosystems.- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.- Good Knowledge of Kafka with minimum of 2 years hands-on experience.- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to write optimized queries on MySQL and MongoDB.- Hands-on experience on AWS is Mandatory.Preferred Qualifications :- Knowledge of cloud service AWS.- Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools (eg, Kubernetes and deployment of Laravel applications using K8s config).- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (eg, Scrum, Kanban).Key Skills : Java, Spring boot, Version control, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Web development, Agile, KanbanJob location : Pune ,Baner (Hybrid) (ref:hirist.tech)
