Location: Bangalore (hybrid)Internship: 6 months Roles and Responsibilities: Understand, assist, and develop incisive communication to support full product life cycle of the customer's journey at HackerEarth Liaise with Engineering and Product Teams and translate their insights and feedback into actionable strategies. Work with relevant stakeholders for GTM strategies for any product/feature launches Support existing marketing team with product-led demand generation ideas and activities such as webinars and LinkedIn events Build a portfolio of product assets to enable and drive business with e-books, product guides, pitch decks, customer onboarding assets, battle cards, etc. Drive initiatives to cross-sell, upsell and retain customers. Drive campaigns to reduce churn. Monitor competition and share best practices with the team. - Work closely with Sales, CSM, Product teams to ensure the calendar of activities is in sync .
