Job Description :We are seeking a driven and innovative DX Architect to join our team and play a vital role in shaping and championing a positive developer experience (DX) within our organization.Responsibilities :- Define and implement a comprehensive DX strategy that prioritizes developer productivity, happiness, and well-being.- Evaluate and select development tools, technologies, and frameworks that optimize the development workflow.- Design and implement continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.- Automate repetitive development tasks using scripting languages and automation tools.- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing among developers.- Identify and implement best practices for code quality, documentation, and version control.- Stay up-to-date on the latest DX trends, tools, and technologies.- Develop and deliver training sessions to educate developers on new tools and best practices.- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Engineering, IT Operations) to ensure a smooth development lifecycle.- Measure and track the impact of DX initiatives on developer productivity and satisfaction.- Advocate for developer needs and represent them within the organization.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of the development lifecycle.- Proven track record of successfully implementing DX initiatives.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).- In-depth knowledge of modern development tools, frameworks, and best practices.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Passion for developer advocacy and building a positive development culture.
