Job Description :We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Associate Back-End Developer to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining the robust foundation of our web applications. You'll work closely with front-end developers and other team members to design, develop, and implement back-end functionalities that ensure smooth user experiences.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, secure, and maintainable back-end code using chosen programming languages and frameworks (specific languages to be mentioned based on company needs).- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to understand requirements and translate them into efficient back-end solutions.- Develop and maintain well-structured, documented, and reusable code adhering to best practices and design patterns.- Build and manage APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to facilitate communication between different parts of the application.- Optimize database queries and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.- Troubleshoot and debug back-end issues to ensure application functionality and performance.- Stay up-to-date on the latest back-end development trends and technologies.- Assist with unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 1-2 years of experience in back-end development.- Strong understanding of fundamental programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.- Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language (e. g., Java, Python, PHP) and their associated frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, Laravel).- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database querying languages (e.g., SQL).- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (a plus).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Eagerness to learn and grow within the back-end development field.
