Description:
Adreso is currently hiring a Solutions Architect for an international software developing firm based in Mumbai. If you are a seasoned professional with a passion for pre-sales and can bring diversity of thought to the team & accelerate business transformation, this role is for you.What We Are Looking For :- Minimum of 7 years experience in a pre-sales consulting role.- Experience with large enterprise clients.- Strong mix of technical ability, sales, and customer interaction skills.- Fluent English speaker with exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.- Experience in Observability, ITSM, Database Management, Networking & Infrastructure Management Solutions.- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.- Ability to perform pre-sales support activities, including product demonstrations and webinars.- Proficiency in answering technical questions from potential customers and channel partners.- Expertise in engaging in discovery sessions to understand business needs and technical requirements.- Skill in designing and implementing solutions to meet customer needs.- Capacity to articulate the value proposition of solutions in the context of customer requirements.- Commitment to maintaining and upgrading technical understanding of products.- Ability to provide training to other team members as necessary.- Competence in advising Inside and Outside Sales in all technical pre-sales support functions.- Experience in performing pre-sales technical support duties, including product configuration and troubleshooting.- Capability to convey customer feedback to Product Management and Development teams.- Strong communication skills for ongoing support and maintenance once the solution is deployed.- Capability to engage in discovery sessions with customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements/pain-points, and design and implement solutions to meet those needs.- Commitment to maintaining and continually upgrading technical understanding of products and providing training to other team members where necessary.- Competence in advising Inside and Outside Sales in all technical pre-sales support functions, providing technical advice to sales and partners on the best solutions to fit customer requirements.- Ability to perform pre-sales technical support duties, including product configuration and troubleshooting of customer issues.- Willingness to engage in development learning; relevant certifications/accreditations are highly valued.
