Job Description :Job Title : Software Engineering Manager Exp : 8 to 12 years Budget : up to 24 LPALocation : BangaloreRequirement : - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing engineering teams.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing and inspiring a team to achieve high performance and innovation.- Strong understanding of CICD standard methodologies and familiar with tools used in CICD pipeline: such as Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, Maven, Gradle, and SonarQube- Expertise in major programming languages such as Groovy, Golang, Java.- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern containerization technologies. Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with large-scale distributed systems- Experience with software system design- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP- Experience with networking, storage, logging, monitoring, tracing and alert (ref:hirist.tech)
