At Zensar, you Grow, Own, Achieve, Learn.Experience : 5 to 10 yearsWhat's this role about :Responsibilities :- Bring innovative ideas to the table that enhance the customer and colleague experience.- Coach, and mentor individuals; build a strong cross-functional organization.- Work with other technical teams to ensure technical strategies, architecture guidelines, and standards are realized by efficient collaboration with architecture, development, DevOps, and other teams.- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the technology stack is optimized for performance, scalability, and security.- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation within the managed services environment.- Ensure all operational activities adhere to industry regulations, compliance standards, and cybersecurity best practices.- Implement robust security measures to safeguard client data and systems.- Evaluate existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation.- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline service delivery.- Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture aligned with company values.- Engage, influence, and convert SRE practices with development, operational, and product teams to align technology service/solution delivery.- Must have skills:SRE Site Reliability Engineering position details.Location: Bangalore.Required Qualifications : - Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering role or similar technical leadership position. - Strong background in coaching and mentoring technical teams. - Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architecture, development, and DevOps. - Proficient in optimizing technology stacks for performance, scalability, and security. - Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the managed services environment. - In-depth understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and cybersecurity best practices. - Experience implementing security measures to protect data and systems. - Demonstrated ability to evaluate and improve operational processes through automation and best practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in a leadership role within a large-scale cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Certification in relevant technologies or security standards. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge technologies. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
