Job Description :Job Title : Senior Backend Developer Location : Bangalore Experience : 5-8 years Primary Skills : Java, Spring boot, hibernate , AWSRoles and Responsibilities :- Design, architect, and develop scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems to support our applications.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in [programming language(s) such as Python, Java, Node.js, etc.].- Develop robust APIs to enable seamless communication between different components of the application or between different systems.- Design, optimize, and manage databases (SQL, NoSQL, or NewSQL) ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.- Implement middleware components to handle authentication, authorization, caching, logging, and other cross-cutting concerns.- Integrate backend services with third-party APIs, services, or systems to enable key features and functionalities.- Implement security best practices to protect our backend systems from common vulnerabilities and threats.- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the backend systems through optimization and scaling.- Set up monitoring and logging solutions to track the health, performance, and usage of backend services.- Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and share best practices to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in [programming language(s)].- Proven track record of designing and developing scalable backend systems for web applications or software systems.- Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.- Proficiency in database design, optimization, and management (SQL, NoSQL, or NewSQL).- Strong understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
