Description:
In this role, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health and performance of our SAP infrastructure. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SAP systems.Responsibilities :- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (Central Instance, Dialog Instances, and background instances) on various platforms (physical or virtual).- Manage user accounts, authorizations, and security profiles within the SAP environment.- Perform system backups, recoveries, and migrations to ensure data integrity and system availability.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain optimal system functionality.- Apply SAP Security patches and updates to ensure a secure and compliant environment.- Document system configurations and procedures for future reference and knowledge transfer.- Participate in system refresh and upgrade projects.- Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., network administrators, database administrators) to resolve complex technical issues.- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP Basis technologies and best practices.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.- Strong understanding of SAP Basis concepts, architecture, and functionalities.- Experience with SAP NetWeaver administration is a plus.- Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux)- Familiarity with database administration concepts (e.g., SQL) is a plus.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.Benefits :- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge SAP technologies in a fast-paced environment- Collaborative and supportive work environment with growth opportunities- Play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of critical business systems (ref:hirist.tech)
