Summary:- We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified SAP FICO Consultant with a strong accounting background (CA or ICWA) to join our team.- In this role, you will play a lead role in implementing and supporting SAP FICO solutions, ensuring optimal financial management processes.- You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical staff to analyze requirements, configure the system, and provide ongoing support.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations and support engagements independently.- Drive and participate in business discussions related to finance processes, providing recommendations and solutions.- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical configurations for SAP FICO.- Configure and manage core FICO functionalities including General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Accounting, Asset Management, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing (COPA).- Experience working with interfaces and integrations between SAP FICO and third-party systems.- Conduct workshops to gather and freeze business requirements.- Prepare project blueprints, solution documents, and functional specifications.- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for effective communication with stakeholders.- Possess a strong understanding of cross-module functionalities (SD, MM, PP) and their interaction with FICO.- Thrive in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.Primary Qualifications:- Minimum of 13 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.- Minimum of 3-4 full SAP FICO E2E implementation experiences, with at least 2 in a lead role.- Proven expertise in SAP FICO configuration and functionalities (FI, CO).- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (CA/ICWA qualification mandatory).- Experience with Financial Global Configuration.- Experience in conducting workshops, blueprinting, and functional specification writing.Secondary Skills (Nice to Have):- Basic knowledge of ABAP for troubleshooting and identifying related issues.- Experience with SAP ECC 6. 0 (or higher).- Exposure to SAP HANA a strong advantage.Additional Information:- The selected candidate will gain a deep understanding of the existing SAP FICO environment and configure solutions to optimize financial processes.- This role requires extensive knowledge of SAP FICO data and configuration, along with a strong grasp of financial integration points with Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Production Planning modules.
