Job Description :1. Work closely with the developers, admins, and stakeholders to understand product specifics and to create corresponding test strategies.2. Maintaining security including sharing rules and security levels3. Evaluate existing test artifacts and design test cases/scripts for new releases with minimal supervision.4. Support standard objects, Custom objects, Page Layouts, and Record-types to distinguish between various requirements.5. Execute manual testing on frontend (UI) and backend (API) systems.6. Coordinate integration, regression and UAT testing with internal and external teams to create successful test events.7. Ensure that acceptance criteria is clearly communicated and documented8. Provide support to end user training9. Review and support creation of training materialsBe an advocate and voice for our QA policies and procedures within your team10. Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in our processes and procedures.11. Contribute to the update of test cases and implement automated testing tools12. Creating Test Plans, Test Scenarios, assisting in defining the acceptance criteria for the requirements, Test Cases/Script, Defect lifecycle management, and other activities involved in the QA lifecycle.13. Develop and maintain testing suites for various applications in a large-scale Salesforce environment.14. Attend and participate in scrum ceremonies.15. Assist and collaborate in non-functional testing (like performance, Security, Compliance) for Salesforce UI and API during release cycles. (ref:hirist.tech)
