Job Description :We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the successful delivery of IT projects, from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and scope requirements while fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.Responsibilities :- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using industry best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)- Define project scope, break down work into manageable tasks, and assign resources effectively - Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly- Facilitate project meetings, manage communication channels, and maintain clear expectations- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget limitations- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment- Manage project documentation and ensure proper record keeping- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency- Collaborate with IT developers, analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle- Oversee project testing and deployment processesQualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- Minimum 0-1 years of experience in IT project management- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and meeting scope requirements- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMP certification a plus)- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) (ref:hirist.tech)
