Job Description :We're seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, analyze processes, and develop solutions that improve efficiency and achieve business goals.Responsibilities :- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.- Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.- Document business requirements clearly, concisely, and accurately.- Work with developers and other technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.- Participate in the design, development, and testing of new business solutions.- Develop and maintain business process documentation.- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.- Create and maintain data models and user stories (if applicable).- Analyze data to identify trends and insights to support decision-making.- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in business analysis.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 0-1 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) is a plus.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
