Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.Responsibilities :Roles and Responsibilities : - SAP Functional Coordinator & User Engagement Consultant :- Possess strong knowledge of key SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and WM, and understand their integration points.- Demonstrate comprehensive business process knowledge to align SAP functionalities with business requirements and optimize workflows.- Work closely with IT leaders to ensure SAP projects align with overall IT strategy and business objectives.- Provide regular status updates on SAP-related activities, including project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.- Act as a bridge between different SAP systems deployed across various geographical locations, ensuring consistency and integration of processes and data.- Support major change requests by coordinating between the SAP team and end-users, acting as a bridge to facilitate clear communication, requirement gathering, and ensuring the changes are seamlessly integrated into the system.- Facilitate collaboration between regional teams, ensuring global business processes are standardized and effectively implemented.- Work closely with users to gather and document detailed business requirements, clearly communicating them to the internal IT team.- Collaborate with the internal IT team to design solutions that meet business needs while adhering to technical constraints and best practices.- Provide training and support to users, developing user manuals and training materials as needed.- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP environment, recommending and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.- Stay current with SAP best practices and industry trends, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team to continuously improve SAP implementations.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and end-users.- Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders and the project team, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and changes.- Develop a comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan outlining scope, objectives, resources, and schedule.- Coordinate UAT activities, working closely with users to execute tests and validate the system against business requirements.- Capture, track, and resolve issues or defects identified during UAT, collaborating with technical teams for fixes and retesting.- Create detailed test cases based on functional specifications and business requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage of critical business processes.- Review and validate test cases with business analysts and end-users, ensuring they meet quality standards.- Support key operations by coordinating with central SAP teams, IT outsourcing partners, and third-party vendors for change requests, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to standards.- Manage and prioritize change requests, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between all involved parties for timely resolution and implementation.- Collaborate with the SAP team and application team to assess integration requirements for any new applications or modifications, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.- Work closely with both teams to design and implement integration solutions, conducting thorough testing to verify functionality and resolve any issues.Mandatory Qualification and Skills :- 5+ years of professional experience in the field of SAP quality management within a major technical group or also in IT consulting.- 5+ working experience in the SAP ERP module PP (as consultant or developer) in international environment (Minimum 5+).- Well-founded and practically proven experience in SAP MM or PP / QM incl.- Customizing knowledge are further cornerstones of your success.- Knowledge of APO and S4/HANA along with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD , QM and WM modules and experience in MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) process required.- Experience in manufacturing execution processes (production orders, scheduling, release and confirmation) and in SAP PP Master Data (materials, BOM, routings, work centers).- Knowledge of ABAP, QM data structure and the corresponding technical understanding are also beneficial, like QM IDI and Business Workflow in regard to QM.- Knowledge of interfaces are beneficial and experience interfacing MES and APS applications with SAP ERP.- Highly self-motivated,- Customer-oriented & Fluent English language skills.Qualifications :- Completed degree (Bachelors/Master/Diploma) in the field of IT, Computer Science or Business Informatics.- Alternatively,- have a comparable training in conjunction with corresponding additional qualifications.
