Responsibilities :- Work with the client's business stakeholders, architects and senior management to come up with a solution for the product/service.- Define product/service roadmap.- Define product requirements.- Prioritize features in consultation with the relevant stakeholders.- Draft OKRs every quarter which align with the orgs quarterly goals.- Work with the development team to deliver the product/feature.- Constantly conduct analyses, and uncover areas of opportunity to improve the product/service.Requirements :- Excellent communication - written and verbal.- Ability to think big while also diving deep into solutioning.- Ability to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders.- Excellent analytical skills.- Ability to manage ambiguity.- Self-starter and persuasive.- Ability to work collaboratively with the development team.- 5 years of software development, product management or related experience.- Bachelor's degreePreferred Qualifications :- B. Tech degree from Tier institutions.- Experience in software development.- Experience in working with MNCs. (ref:hirist.tech)
