Key Responsibilities : Conceptualization and Visualization :- Client Collaboration : Work closely with the Client Servicing and Business Development teams to understand client objectives and project requirements.- Idea Translation : Translate ideas and concepts into detailed 3D visualizations for various event elements, including stage setups, on-ground designs, and immersive environments.Technical Proficiency :- 3D Design Software: Utilize industry-standard 3D design software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, Lumion, Twinmotion, SketchUp) to create high-quality, photorealistic renderings.- Industry Trends : Stay updated on emerging 3D design trends and technologies.- Technical Execution : Ensure renderings incorporate elements that can be technically executed, considering aspects like dimensions, element quality, and budgets.Collaboration :- Team Integration : Work closely with other designers, the operations team, and vendors (if needed) to ensure seamless integration of 3D designs into the overall event concept.- 2D Design Coordination : Collaborate with 2D designers to incorporate the design direction for events and innovate to enhance on-ground elements and the overall event theme.- Cross-Functional Teamwork : Ensure cohesive execution of design elements through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including first-cut designs and post-feedback revisions.- Team Support : Provide support to fellow designers and team members as needed.Project Management :- Multiple Projects : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.- Collaboration with Project Managers: Work with project managers to ensure the successful execution of 3D design elements.Requisites :- Experience : Proven experience as a 2D designer, preferably within the events or creative industry.- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in 3D design software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Twinmotion, SketchUp, or equivalent.- Portfolio : A visually strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.- Knowledge Sharing: Aptitude to pass knowledge and skills to team members as needed.Benefits :- Work Environment: A happy workplace with open-minded people all aligned towards achieving growth together.- Compensation : Competitive remuneration.- Wellness Initiatives : Various wellness initiatives to support employee well-being.- Leave Policy : Flexible leave policy.
