Job Description : The Solution Architect is accountable for ensuring that the design of the solution; Delivers the measurable business value/customer outcome, integrates with the people, process product, networks aspects of the customer solution, is achieved at pace and right first time and Is E2E and integrates technically.They are responsible for getting the solution to a "ready to build" state, passing ACF (Architectural Conformity Forum) and ensuring design principles such as customer centric, re-use, self-service, zero people intensity are delivered. They stay involved and remain accountable for design integrity throughout build, test and deployment. The Solution Designer is accountable for designing of the systems part of the solution. This role is often split into the different phases of Learn, Buy, Get, Use, and Support (LBGUPS).Responsibilities, experience and expertise : - Experienced in the areas of BSS/OSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom customers. - E2E Architecture & Design. - Experience of working in Telecom B2B/Enterprise domain for leading Telco's and has experience of Enterprise products, Broadband, Voice & Collaboration, SDWAN etc.- Product & Domain Knowledge, Aware of Key Industry Standards (TMF). - Able to design against Enterprise Architecture Guardrails, Able to quickly assimilate new information, Customer Centric Mindset. - Candidate should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworks (ToGAF, eTOM, TAM, SID). - COTS products experience, Salesforce, Vlocity, ServiceNow will be good. - Fair understanding of Product modelling concepts & UML data modelling. - Propose new design patterns to Enterprise Architects and engage platform architects to get design patterns agreed and implemented.- Accountable for preparing & presenting HLD and LLD solutions. - Experience in integration (CRM, Inventory, SCM, WFM, etc) with understanding around integration protocols like SOAP, REST, XML, JMS, JSON, etc.- Planning/Organisation Skills, Leadership & Direction Setting, Experience of different Methodologies, Seek out and Respond to Feedback, Coaching. - Stakeholder Management, Requirements Analysis, Estimation & Enquiring Mindset. - Communication/Presentation Skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong strategic and analytical skills.Role : Permanent.
