We are seeking a talented Associate AI Engineer to join our dynamic team of innovators and help drive the development of our AI products from conception to deployment. As an AI Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of Senior AI engineers, and domain experts to build robust and scalable software solutions that integrate AI technologies into real-world applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to tackle complex challenges and has a strong background in the Generative AI domain. Designation : Associate AI EngineerLocation : HyderabadRoles & Responsibilities :- Creating and managing the AI development process and overall infrastructure of the product. Conducting statistical analysis and interpreting the results- Automating important infrastructure for the data science team- Developing infrastructures for data transformation and ingestion- Building AI models- Explaining the usefulness of the AI models they create to a wide range of individuals within the organization, including stakeholders and product managers- Transforming the machine learning models into APIs that other applications can interact with.Required Skills :- Proficiency in Modular Object Oriented Python Coding- Experience with Deep Learning and data processing. Highly contributing to the implementation, refinement, and validation of machine learning algorithms for products and applications- Understanding & practical exposure to working on Generative AI applications- Experience with NLP, LLMs, Text annotation, and Information Extraction- Well-versed with fine-tuning and retraining Large Language Models- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases- Experience in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch/ Tensorflow.- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle large corpus of data- Great attention to detail Organizational skills with distinctive problem-solving, an analytical mind, and a proactive nature- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), and presentation skillsPreferred Skills :- Experience with working on Python backend frameworks such as Flask & FastAPI- Exposed to Model Deployment in the CloudAbout Techolution :Techolution is a Product Development firm on track to become one of the most admired brands in the world for "innovation done right".
