Job Description :Responsibilities :- Lead a team of Full Stack Developers to design, develop, and deploy MERN-based applications.- Design and implement scalable and maintainable backend architecture using Node.js, Express.js, Sequelize.js, and Postgres.- Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.- Develop and maintain frontend applications using modern frameworks like React or Angular.- Deploy and manage applications on AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS).- Ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of applications in production environment- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development and deployment.- Collaborate with other teams, such as QA and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration of applications.- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the MERN ecosystem.Requirements :- 7-9 years of experience in software development with a strong background in Node.js, Express.js, Sequelize.js, and Postgres.- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in both frontend and backend development.- Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.- Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS).- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Nice to Have :- Experience with containerization using Docker.- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies like AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and SQS.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.- Experience with version control systems like Git.
