Overview :The MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer plays a pivotal role in designing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet the organization's needs. They collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop custom applications, and integrate CRM systems with existing platforms to optimize business processes.Key Responsibilities :- Understand and analyze business requirements to design and develop Dynamics 365 CRM solutions- Customize entities, forms, views, and dashboards using JavaScript, C#, and other customization tools- Integrate third-party applications and services with Dynamics 365 CRM using Power Platform, Azure, and other integration tools- Design and implement data migration and integration with CRM systems- Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom activities for automation- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications and integrations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and features- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes- Train end users and provide ongoing support for CRM applications- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of CRM systems- Participate in requirement gathering and solution architecture discussions- Support the deployment of CRM solutions and updates- Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to deliver CRM projects successfullyRequired Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- Proven experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization- Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, and CSS for CRM customizations- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and components- Experience in CRM configuration, customization, and extension- Knowledge of SQL, database design, and development- Experience integrating CRM with other systems using APIs and web services- Ability to develop complex workflows, plugins, and custom activities- Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps- Understanding of software development best practices and methodologies- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong communication and collaboration abilities- Certifications in MS Dynamics 365 CRM development are a plus- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions (ref:hirist.tech)
