Role : Senior BI developer (SQL, Power BI )Exp : 5+ yearsAn excellent opportunity for someone having atleast five years of experience. A person must have hands-on experience in SQL and PowerBi and must have expertise in data visualization, data modelling and dashboarding.Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid)Your Future Employer : Global analytics and digital solutions company serving industries including insurance, healthcare, banking and financial services, media, retail, and others.Responsibilities :- To design, develop, and maintain user-friendly data visualizations and dashboards using complex datasets from different sources.- To consistently and proactively communicates (verbally/written) to stakeholders (progress/roadblocks/etc.)- To design and develop data models that effectively support business requirements.- Strong grasp of SQL, should be able to write complex queries and optimize them for performance- Understanding data structures and being able to design efficient data models tailored to Snowflake's architecture - To provide clear documentation of processes, workflows, recommendations, etc.Requirements :- 6 - 10 years of experience, preferably in insurance analytics.- Experience in working in dual shore engagement is preferred.- Must have experience in managing clients directly.Technical skills :- SQL- Power BI- Data Modeling - Snowflake- Story Telling / Dashboarding- Identification of Optimization opportunities/automationWhat is in for you :- A stimulating working environment with equal employment opportunities.- Growing of skills while working with industry leaders and top brands.- A meritocratic culture with great career progression.
