Job Title: HR Lead Location: STAFFIAA Type: Full-Time CTC: Rs 3.60 Lacs + Incentive Prior Experience: - Minimum 3 Years of experience in managing recruiters in WFH conditions and new clients’ acquisitions in BFSI About STAFFIAA: https://www.linkedin.com/company/staffiaa/?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_messaging_conversation_detail%3Bbbzd4ft3QW2fNqdvnSMajg%3D%3D Job Description: As HR Lead, you will manage the recruitment team's daily productivity, oversee recruiters' performance, acquire new clients, and ensure efficient task management through our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), contributing to business growth and development. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Management: Oversee daily recruiter activities, conduct hourly task reviews, and provide performance guidance. Business Development: Identify and develop new opportunities, and acquire new clients to expand our client base. Task Management: Monitor and manage tasks via ATS, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Performance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of recruiters' tasks and performance, providing feedback and improvement strategies. Collaboration: Align recruitment strategies with business goals through interdepartmental cooperation. Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment, business development, and task completion reports to drive improvements.
