Job Summary: Trade India is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. Demonstrate Trade India's products and services effectively to prospective clients. Sales Conversion: Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager. Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive activities. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team activities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role. Experience in the B2B sales environment is preferred. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications. Attributes: Self-motivated and results-oriented. High level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
