Description:

Job Description : We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong technical background who can take initiative and deliver high-quality code.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.- Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs by designing and implementing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and email templates.- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using SOAP/REST APIs, middleware, and third-party integration tools.- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure quality and maintainability of code.- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Stay informed about Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates to ensure the platform is leveraged effectively.- Provide technical support and assistance to users, including troubleshooting issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications preferred.- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and development best practices.- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce configurations.- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.) and third-party tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, Agile Accelerator).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
