And recently, we successfully organised an ESOP buyback to create wealth for our employees.Job Title : Lead Java DeveloperWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Java Developer with at least 4 years of professional experience in Java development and a proven track record of leading a team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on product development from the ground up, demonstrating strong leadership and technical expertise.Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 Java developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Java applications. - Work on the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the technical feasibility of product requirements. - Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement. - Participate in architectural and design discussions to drive technical decisions.Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Java development. - Proven experience in leading a team of 3-4 members. - Experience in building and launching a product from scratch. - Strong knowledge of Java frameworks and tools (e.g., Advance Java, Springboot, Hibernate, Rest API). - Understanding of microservices architecture. - Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
