Job Description :- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.- Utilize cloud expertise, specifically in AWS or Google Cloud, to architect and deploy scalable solutions.- Demonstrate proficiency in technologies such as Java, Mobile applications, CRM systems, and Integration platforms.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders.- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, including knowledge of AI/ML technologies.- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across projects.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- A Master's degree is preferred.- Proven experience as a Technical Team Lead or similar leadership role.- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.- Strong technical background with expertise in cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud).- Proficiency in technology stacks such as Java, Mobile applications (iOS/Android), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Integration technologies.- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is advantageous.- Ability to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
