Looking for flexible team members who are willing to travel within and outside India Based on the Client's needs.How do we analyze employees and conduct operations ?Productivity | Accountability for Work | Self-Responsibility | Enjoying Work Life and Growing with Radiant | Team Work Capability | Personal and professional life balance.Responsibilities :Strong hands-on experience in React Native and cross-platform development like iOS, Android, React Native, React JS, and JavaScript.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.Hands-on experience with React Native and its core principles (Hooks, Context API, etc.)Experience with popular React JS workflows (such as Flux or Redux).Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.Good hands-on ES6, build tool (Grant/web pack/bower), third-party integration.Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).Experienced working with Material UI, third-party UI toolkit, D3 Chart other third-party plugins.Very good hands-on with debugging, profiling, optimization of an application.Good hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, and bootstrap and an understanding of cross-browser compatibility.Hands on experience with client-side application security.Good working exposure to REST API.Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.Very strong in object-oriented concepts & design patterns.Demonstrable abilities to optimize code. Focus on quality & ability to perform code reviews.Ability to guide & develop junior team members on the technical front.Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving.Good to have knowledge of CI/CD, Cloud deployment.Responsible for work on common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.Follow Agile methodology with active participation in sprint planning, sprint review, and daily stand-up meetings.Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, and SVN.
