About the job :We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our Product Management team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements to our solution in collaboration with our Agile / Engineering teams. This position requires a proven track record in Agile Product Ownership, a deep understanding of Jira / Azure DevOps software, and will be viewed as the "expert" for accurate and credible information on the product. We partner with and offer our services to Restaurants, Dental services, Dunkin' Donuts franchises, Hotels, Veterinary services, and others including Start-ups from any other industry.Responsibilities :- Work closely with stakeholders to understand incoming requests, gather requirements, and draft detailed user stories that capture the essence of the business need.- Actively explore and apply user research, market analysis, technology, and stakeholder feedback into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs as well as align with strategic product roadmap.- Identify real customer problems to be solved through ideation with customers & colleagues.- Utilize Jira / Azure DevOps to maintain and update the backlog, user stories, and tasks, and ensure accurate documentation of requirements and acceptance criteria.- Use agile methodologies to ensure the highest level of quality on each user story, bug or enhancement requested to the development team.- Maintain a well-organized backlog that offers transparency into the team's current tasks and outlines the objectives for upcoming sprints.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Quality Assurance to validate requirements and ensure the successful delivery of features and enhancements.- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards sprint goals.- Actively owns refinement of acceptance criteria.- Develop a deep understanding of user personas, pain points, and use cases to inform product decisions.- Turn requirements into the artifacts developers need to get new features & products to market e.g. user stories, process maps and detailed workflows.- Contributes to release goals based on knowledge of user base and feasibility.- Manage product releases.- Continuously prioritize and re-prioritize backlog items based on changing business needs, market dynamics, and user feedback.- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features.- Monitor and analyze key product metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and development teams to drive consensus on priorities and deliverables.- Communicate product status, updates, and priorities to stakeholders and leadership.Required Skills & Experience :- Proven track record with 5 to 7 years' experience as product owner with a SaaS based solution preferably in the US Healthcare Domain & DME/HME industry.- Have an interest in US Healthcare and under the US Healthcare compliance like HIPAA, FDA regulations.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with experience in managing product backlogs and sprint planning.- Expertise in Jira or Azure DevOps, with the ability to create and manage epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.- Passion for innovation, user experience, and delivering high-quality software solutions.- Driven self-starter; detail oriented, clear, logical thinker, with technical aptitude, bright and energetic.Education Qualifications :- Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.- Any certification like CSPO, POSO, SAFe- PO is preferred.
