About the Role : We are seeking a passionate and skilled Salesforce CI/CD Engineer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in streamlining the development and deployment of our Salesforce applications. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce and CI/CD tools to automate the software delivery lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and error-free releases.Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement a robust CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce deployments using tools like Jenkins, Git, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce DevOps Center.- Configure and manage source code repositories for Salesforce projects.- Automate Salesforce code deployments (full deployments, partial deployments, and change sets) through the CI/CD pipeline.- Implement unit testing frameworks and automated testing within the pipeline to ensure code quality and functionality.- Collaborate with developers and Salesforce admins to define deployment strategies and branching models.- Monitor the CI/CD pipeline for errors and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.- Maintain and document the CI/CD infrastructure and processes.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Salesforce development tools and CI/CD best practices.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall software development lifecycle.Qualifications : - Minimum of 6-9 years of experience working with Salesforce development and administration.- Proven experience in CI/CD methodologies and tools (e.g. Jenkins, Git).- Solid understanding of Salesforce DX and Salesforce DevOps Center features.- Experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (e.g. Apex Test Class, Visualforce Page Test) is a plus.- Strong scripting skills (e.g. Shell) for automating tasks within the CI/CD pipeline.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, admins, and other stakeholders.- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and think critically to find solutions.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
