About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in developing and deploying impactful machine learning solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and software engineering to tackle complex problems and drive business value.Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using various algorithms (e.g. supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning) to solve real-world business problems.- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand data needs, select appropriate modeling techniques, and ensure efficient data pipelines.- Clean, pre-process, and analyze large datasets to prepare them for machine learning model training and validation.- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and production-ready machine learning pipelines.- Integrate machine learning models with existing applications and systems for seamless deployment.- Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on models as needed.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning technologies and best practices.- Document machine learning projects clearly and concisely for maintainability and knowledge sharing.- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, engineering, data science) to ensure successful implementation of machine learning solutions.Qualifications : - Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience and proven achievements).- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related role.- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning (if applicable).- Proficient in programming languages like Python (with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.- Experience with data wrangling tools and techniques (e.g. Pandas, Spark).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
