Position: UIPath LeadResponsibilities : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess current-state processes and design future-state RPA solutions using UIPath.- Lead the development, configuration, and testing of UIPath automation workflows.- Verify and leverage appropriate UIPath components, including Robots and Studio.- Provide technical training to team members and contribute to solution design throughout deployment.- Ensure high-quality delivery of RPA projects.Experience : Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in RPA development, with a focus on UIPath.Certification : UIPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer preferred.Skills :- Proficiency in UIPath development, including workflow design, coding, and testing.- Strong understanding of RPA best practices and process automation.- Familiarity with SQL and other relevant technologies.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Location : Cuddalore (ref:hirist.tech)
