Description:
Responsibilities :- Oversee the UX design process from concept to completion for our design engineering applications, including our website (India and Singapore) and iOS & Android apps.- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions.- Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights and validate design decisions.- Create and maintain design documentation, including personas, customer journey maps, and interaction models.- Mentor and guide junior UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.- Advocate for best practices in UX design, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across all products.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the design process and outcomes.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on design engineering applications and functional design engineering.- Proven experience in leading UX design projects and teams, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Invision, or similar.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver optimal solutions.- Gurugram (ref:hirist.tech)
