Role : Senior RPA - Project Manager-6A Work Location - PuneExperience : 15+ yrs (Mini 5 yrs into RPA PM)Salary : Maxi 35LPAGraduation : B.tech,BE,M.tech,ME,(BCA+MCA)Location : PuneHands On Experience : Automation Anywhere, Ui path, Blueprism Power automate.Key Responsibilities : - Should have handled at least 2 full cycle projects, starting from requirements analysis to production deployment and ongoing support.- Must have experience in executing large scale RPA Projects preferably using Automation anywhere, UiPath or BluePrism- Must have a prior experience in above mentioned technology stream.- Ability to lead complex projects involving multi delivery tracks with complete ownership.- Excellent project and people management skills able to plan and execute projects, manage requirements, Client interfacing skills and risks appropriately.- Proven experience in working with client teams, Problem/Scope identification, Idea/solution conceptualization, Business case/ROI analysis, Execution, Solution deployment (Business & IT) .- Should have excellent communication (written / oral) and presentation skills .- Set & manage stakeholder expectations.- Good team management skills able to build and mentor the team.- Prior onsite experience would be an added advantage clients. Preferred Knowledge/Skills :- Good project management skills able to plan and execute projects, manage requirements and risks appropriately.- Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations.- Good presentation and communication skills.- Working or hands on experience in Microsoft .Net/SQL- Working or hands on experience in Project implementation/Production supportMust Have : RPA tools (AA, BluePrism or UiPath) and/or Power automate (is a added plus)Good to have Technical Skills : Microsoft .Net, C#, MS SQL Server, MVC, Job Location : Pune Qualification : Only BE, B.Tech, Me, MTECH & MCAExperience : Maximum 15 yrs of experience (ref:hirist.tech)
